First off, the JP stands for John Paul, which my parents say is a Beatles reference. I’m a writer through and through. I’ve written award-winning feature film scripts, commercials, static banners, billboards, guidelines, websites, a web series or two, an unpublished novel, sketches, short films, and an otter’s obituary. I’m a dad to an adorable, energy-sucking toddler. I managed a Dairy Queen when I was 16, and teenage hijinks did NOT ensue. I can drive a Ford Model T, make cheese, build furniture, and I have plenty more hobbies than I have time for.
